Eaten Alive’s Scotch Bonnet Fermented Hot Sauce is naturally packed full of flavour and we think it’s absolutely top-notch! With carefully balanced heat, this is fermented food goodness that appeals to most palates.

This Scotch bonnet flavour contains its namesake, sweet peppers and a touch of garlic, developing an intense, fruity tone. Slowly fermented over several months with unfiltered cider vinegar and a little raw cane sugar, this wholesome vegan hot sauce is great for your gut and full of nutrients.

Perfect for soups, stews and salads, although it goes with practically everything! This fermented hot sauce adds a subtle heat and bio live complexity.
