The first thing you need to do is to set up your addresses: the billing address and the shipping address. If you forget to do this, you may have problems at the check out.

Go to My Account> Login>Address Book. Here you can choose your billing address and main delivery address. Also, you'll be able to add as many delivery addresses as you wish, as well as choose the primary delivery address.
Setting up a Direct Debit on our website is quite easy and will allow you to benefit from short term credit. (You'll receive an email notifying you when the money will be taken from your account).
'Do I need to insert my bank details every time I place an order?' NO, there is a way to avoid that. You have to tick the 'Save to Account' box and your details will be saved (as well as your time, for your next order!)
