Headed up by star baker and expert pastry chef Silvi, London Apron has grown from strength to strength since 2017. After demand for fluffy vegan meringues also exploded, she made the progressive decision to switch to entirely plant-based ingredients, and hasn’t looked back since! With a whole lot of love for cheeky chickpea water, Silvi’s indulgent aquafaba treats are truly fabulous, and oh so cute.
