General Questions
Don’t worry. You can rest assure that our products are 100% vegan.
Most of our products are certified by major boards, such as The Vegan Society, The European Vegetarian Union (see other certification logos in the products’ pages).
Furthermore, we are able to give you further reassurance by carefully selecting products that do not contain any ingredients nor traces of animal products.
This is because:
- We do not distribute any products that may contain traces of dairy, eggs, fish, molluscs, crustaceans
- We analyse all the spec sheets for each product, and, when in doubt, we contact manufacturers
- We pay special attention to non-vegan ingredients that are not easy to spot, i.e. colouring, preservatives, emulsifiers, etc.
- We prioritise 100% vegan brands run by vegan people, as there is no risk of animal products being used in the production lines.

To open a new trade account with us, simply go to Request a trade account and fill in the form. We will contact you within 5 working days.
The best way to contact us is always via email. We check it regularly throughout the day.

Ordering
Yes, the minimum wholesale order amount is £200 (exc. delivery and VAT).
To qualify for free delivery, minimum wholesale order amount is £325 for mainland UK, £650 for Scottish Highlands & Islands, as well as Northern Ireland, and £700 for offshore (Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man).
You can order at any time on our website: 24/7.
Just make sure you meet the deadline for next day delivery, if you need it.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process phone orders.
We take orders exclusively via our website, which is available 24/7.
We chose this system for these reasons:
- to keep accuracy in the ordering process
- to give more control to you over your order.
You have access to all the information related to the products (including full list of ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, best before dates, certifications etc.), so you can make informed decisions on what you're purchasing.
If you need assistance to make your first order, just let us know and we'll be happy to walk you through.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders already placed.
We strongly recommend that you double check your order, before submitting it.
We use multiple systems, which are automatically triggered as soon as an order has been placed.
This allows us to speed up the process and make our service more efficient.
Instead of setting up an arbitrary minimum guaranteed shelf life, our system is set up to display the actual best before date of the product you are purchasing, therefore providing ultimate peace of mind when ordering.
You can find the best before date displayed on each product page, just below the short product description (in bullet points).

The quickest way to be notified when the product is back in stock is to go on the relevant product page and click on the button that looks like this:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free samples.
However, we can help by allowing a small sample order before you start purchasing wholesale quantities.
Please contact us and we'll adjust your account to allow for that.
If you haven't got a wholesale account yet, you may place your sample order without need for a wholesale account.

Delivery
Yes, we cover the mainland UK with our next day delivery service.
We also cover the following UK areas via 48h delivery:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Northern Ireland
As well as the following overseas areas via 48h delivery:
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Isle of Man
We use DPD as our delivery partner, and all deliveries are tracked and signed for.
If you are based in Mainland UK, you should order Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays), by 10am.
If you're outside the above areas, delivery always takes 48 hours, therefore you should order Monday to Wednesday by 10am to ensure your order arrives within 2 days.
We will dispatch your orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays if you're based in the following areas:
- Scottish Highlands
- Scottish Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Isle of Man
Please make sure to order by 10am to ensure your order is processed the same day.
Unfortunately, we do not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
We offer free delivery to orders above a minimum, but when this isn't met, there is a delivery charge that is calculated based on the order volume.
Yes, you can. Please select "Collection" as delivery method at checkout.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or Debit Card
This is our default payment method for new customers.
You may save your card details, so that you won't need to input them again.
However, you'll need to input your card's security code in order to verify your card if this is asked.
Please make sure that your registered card's postcode matches your Vegan Wholesaler account's billing postcode. - Direct Debit
This is our most popular option and has proven to help businesses with cash flow.
By signing up to direct debit, you will benefit from short term credit, typically 3-5 working days.
Please contact us if you wish to switch to Direct Debit.

Simply select ‘Direct Debit’ as payment method.
Fill in the form... and it’s all done!
Absolutely!
Just make sure to tick the box ‘save to account’, if you wish to save your details and save time in your following orders.
IMPORTANT: From your second order, select the bullet with your account details in the Direct Debit section if it's not selected by default.
You may need to pay attention to this because the system may tick ‘use new payment method’, by default.
Yes, you can!
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
We do not charge any fees for card payments.
Unfortunately not, unless it's arranged with us.
If you are planning to order regularly, it is better for you to consider the direct debit option.
Invoices are generated automatically after we have dispatched your order.
Your invoice is usually attached in the confirmation email 'Order Completed'.
You may also view and download all your invoices from your dashboard, section 'Orders/Invoices'.
No, sorry. We only send invoices in PDF format.
It’s easier, faster and more eco-friendly.
All your invoices are available for you in your dashboard, section Orders/Invoices.
You need to login into ‘My account’ and select ‘Orders/Invoices’, where you’ll be able to see all your orders and your invoices.
You can download each invoice with just a click.
