Mouse’s Favourite is driven by the ambition to create vegan cheese alternatives that carry not only the taste, but also the experience, of traditional cheeseboard varieties. Beginning in Jersey in 2016, founder Gabrielle spent years of experimentation to perfect her recipes – and we definitely think it paid off! Visually beautiful and full of mature flavours, Mouse’s Favourite’s range is made using pure processes and natural fermentation cultures.
