Description

Seggiano’s Raw Basil Pesto is made from the tender top leaves of Ligurian basil, grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers. Fresh and authentic, it boasts a healthy, rich flavour with a truly enticing aroma that will be sure to get your mouth watering!

The basil leaves are preserved in oil within hours of handpicking, to capture their amazing flavour, and then uniquely blended with raw cashew nuts and local olive oil. Thanks to this, this vegan pesto achieves a great texture and a delightfully creamier taste.

We love mixing this raw basil pesto into pasta dishes, spreading it in paninis, or using it as a delicious drizzle for grilled veggies.

Seggiano’s Raw Basil Pesto is great as a spread, dip or sauce! It is fantastic on fresh bread, or toasted with tomatoes on bruschetta.

Of course, this vegan pesto brings a pan of pasta to life, and is wonderful in a roasted vegetable panini. Why not get creative and add a drizzle to a baked lasagne, or spoon it onto pizza as well?
