Seggiano’s Fresh Artichoke Pâté is fresh, delicious, and oh so authentic. Inspired by one of the most loved spring vegetables in Italy, this tasty paste channels Tuscan summers with its rich flavours and deep tones.

Made with finely grated raw artichoke hearts and mixed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and a little chilli, this vegan pâté achieves the perfect flavour balance.

We love using this artichoke spread in pasta dishes to reach that extra taste dimension, or simply topping some oven-baked bread.
