Full of creamy sweetness, it is ideal for baking, whipping and decorating. It is also acid-stable, meaning it can be frozen when whipped.

Schlagfix’s Sweetened Whipping Cream can be whipped just like ordinary dairy cream! For best results, cool in the fridge before use and then whip at medium speed.

You can make the centre of a fantastic dairy-free cheezecake by combining with Schlagfix Vegan Mascarpone – don’t forget to add some cheeky strawberries or chocolate toppings!

This Sweetened Whipping Cream also has the ability to become firm by whipping quickly. Mix with sugar and your favourite ingredients to make vegan icing – perfect on cupcakes. And, don’t forget a dollop on your favourite hot chocolate!
