Nutty Artisan Food Co’s Garlic & Herb spreadable is their cream cheeze style offering. A deliciously creamy, soft spread that’s wonderfully versatile.

Made with cashews, dill, and mellow garlic flavours it’s a spreadable cheese alternative that’s wholesome, but incredibly moreish!

Try spreading onto bagels or crackers, or stirring into pasta or risotto. It also works wonderfully well in pastries, try spreading into a galette or tart and topping with veggies before baking. Of course, it would also be at home on a vegan cheeseboard with breadsticks and crudités!

About the Brand

Nutty Artisan Food Co’s challenge was always to create plant-based alternatives that really tasted like cheese, and not like plastic! After many failed experiments in the home kitchen, Carol created the prototype of their now iconic and award winning ‘Simply Blue’ – which has won a 2023 Great Taste Award, and in 2022, took home the Vegan Cheese Award for best vegan blue cheese in the world! After receiving a great reception to the prototype, she began selling to friends and neighbours, and with the help and encouragement of her daughter Yessica, Carol began taking things more seriously and set up Nutty Artisan Food Co in La Linea de la Concepción in Southern Spain in 2018. Using the highest quality Tanzanian cashews, slowly fermented with live cultures, and salt, the team ensures that all their products are clean-label, with just a handful of ingredients. Each cheese is formed by hand in their workshop and lovingly turned daily.
