Made with cashews, wild and granulated garlic, cultures, and aged with an air curing process, it’s a deliciously moreish cheese that, whilst mellow, is sure to keep the vampires at bay!
Its robust flavour works extremely well in sandwiches, salads, pasta and pizza. It would be very much at home on a vegan cheeseboard with crackers, crudités and punchy pickles!
