Nutty Artisan Food Co’s Aged with Quince is a nod to its Spanish origins, where quince paste (known as membrillo) is extremely popular with cheeses, especially Manchego.
Aged for 30 days, this cashew-based cheese has a soft, neutral flavour, and a middle layer of the striking orange, deliciously sweet quince fruit. This is a cheeze to remembrillo!
It would work wonderfully well in sandwiches (why not add to a Spanish Bocadillo?), tapas, pinchos, and of course – on a cheeseboard with crackers and crudités.
