London Apron’s Vanilla Meringues are little drops of joy made with 100% vegan ingredients. Playful yet indulgent, these sweet delights taste just as delicious as they look!
Silvi and her team use aquafaba (chickpea water) to create the light and airy meringue consistency, whilst the vanilla extract adds a luxuriously indulgent flavour.
Small in size but big in flavour, these vegan mini-meringues add a great crunch to vegan desserts and are well enjoyed with a cup of tea in the afternoon.

Do not expose to air for prolonged periods of time to ensure crunchiness. If they go soft, dry them out in oven at 100 degrees for 30 minutes.
