Description

London Apron’s Candy Floss Meringues are little drops of joy made with 100% vegan ingredients. Playful yet indulgent, these sweet delights taste just as delicious as they look!

Silvi and her team use aquafaba (chickpea water) to create the light and airy meringue consistency, whilst completely natural flavourings provide the sweet taste of candy floss. The butterfly pea flower makes them a beautiful bright blue and a touch of vanilla extract completes the recipe.

Small in size but big in flavour, these vegan mini-meringues add a great crunch to vegan desserts and are well enjoyed with a cup of tea in the afternoon.
