Even better, we love sprinkling it with some sliced spring onion or sesame seeds for a taste infusion. Try this raw food as an exciting pickled accompaniment to vegan cheese alternatives too.

Eaten Alive Kimchi is also perfectly partnered with avocado for breakfast or a snack. Use it as a salad topper, or fold through green vegetables. This fermented food is also commonly eaten in fried rice or pancakes in its native Korea – time to get experimental!
