This product can be frozen (-18 °C) on day of purchase and kept for up to 12 months.
DO NOT REFREEZE once thawed.
Coat slightly with oil, and oven bake at medium heat until roast is slightly firm on the outside.
Gravy Mix can be made with cold water or cold soya drink, stirring the mix until smooth and sticky.
Serve with your favourite festive sides.
