Vegan BLT: In your favourite sliced bread, place as many slices of Meetlyke Vegan Bacon as you wish, along with lettuce, tomato and a good plain mayo (we recommend Vegenaise Original). Toast on the grill for a couple of minutes until the bread is fully toasted.
Vegan Carbonara: Cook pasta until 1 minute before being al dente. While the pasta is in the boiling water, chop the Meetlyke Vegan Bacon in little pieces and pan-fry for a couple of minutes with onions or leak until brown. Add some Terra Vegane Omelett Mix mixed with Soya Drink, stir well until smooth but semi-liquid. Once the pasta is ready, add to the pan and mix with all the ingredients. Finish off with freshly-ground pepper and some GreenVie ParVeggio or Gondino Grated.
