Il Modicano is an independent vegan company, based in Sicily, that makes all their range (chocolate bars, spreads and hot chocolate) with the highest quality organic ingredients, while also guaranteeing the absence of any traces of animal products and gluten.
All chocolate bars made by Il Modicano are packaged in Shiro Echo, which is an ecologic cardboard made of recycled paper and cardboard using renewable energy, which is also biodegradable and certified FSC.

The range consists of: Cuor di Soia (‘Soya Heart’ as opposed to cuor di latte ‘Milk Heart’ in Italian) and Dolce Agave (‘Sweet Agave’ in Italian).
