This product has been awarded the best vegan mozzarella for eating uncooked by the BBC Good Food Guide 2019.
However, we respectfully disagree, because in our humble opinion, it’s also the best for eating melted, especially on pizzas!

Burgers: Use as you would normally use on burgers.

Toasties: Use as you would normally use a mozzarella for toasties.

Pasta (Lasagne): Add on top of each tomato sauce layer and add some more on the last layer as well.
