It’s lovely eating cold, that’s right, but melted is even better, especially on pizzas!

Do not freeze.
Pizza: Grate it and add it on top of the tomato sauce.
To enhance the melting, add veggies or other toppings on top of the mozzarella, as the product absorbs the moisture and melts even better.
Pasta (Lasagne): Add on top of each tomato sauce layer and add some more on the last layer as well.
Toasties: Slice or grate and use as you would normally use a mozzarella for toasties.
Salad: Dice it and mix with all the ingredients.
