Mexican Food: Grate it and add as a topping for your favourite Mexican dishes.
Mac n’ Cheeze: Mix with your favourite unsweetened dairy-free mylk and heat until the gouda is fully melted. Mix with the al dente mac and put into a tray. Oven-bake for a few minutes.
Toasties: Slice or grate and use as you would normally use a cheeze for toasties.
Salad: Dice it and mix with all the ingredients.
Vegan: Certified vegan by the Vegan Society.
