Sgaia’s Garlic & Rosemary Roast is ready to eat as it is if desired, but cooking will further enhance its taste and texture. It is best when sliced cold and then sizzled and covered in a pan with hot oil and water.

This vegan roast can also be griddled, barbecued, or even microwaved for no longer than 45 seconds at 1000W. Or, add slices or chunks straight into stews and sauces in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Oven roasting is not advised.

Try Sgaia’s Garlic & Rosemary Roast with your typical Sunday roast, or bring it out on special festive occasions. Don’t forget the cranberry sauce, Yorkshire puddings, and lashings of gravy! Oh, and we can vouch for the leftovers being great in the next day’s sandwiches!
