How can I be sure that your products are vegan?
Don’t worry. You can rest assure that our products are 100% vegan.
Most of our products are certified by major boards, such as The Vegan Society, The European Vegetarian Union (see other certification logos in the products’ pages).
We are able to give you further reassurance by carefully selecting products that do not contain any ingredients nor traces of animal products.
This is because:
- We DO NOT distribute any products that may contain traces of dairy, eggs, fish, molluscs, crustaceans
- We analyse all the spec sheets for each product, and, when in doubt, we contact manufacturers
- We pay special attention to non-vegan ingredients that are not easy to spot, ie. colouring, preservatives, emulsifiers, etc.
- We prioritise 100% vegan brands run by vegan people, as there is no risk of animal products being used in the production lines.

Yes, there is a minimum order.
The minimum wholesale order amount is £100 (exc. Delivery and VAT), which includes free delivery.

Can I order over the phone?
No, sorry. We only take orders via our website, which is available 24/7.
We chose this system for these reasons:
- to keep accuracy in the ordering process
- to give more control to you over your order.
You have access to all the information related to the products (including full list of ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, BBE dates, certifications etc.), so you can make informed decisions on what you're purchasing.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders placed.
We strongly recommend that you double check your order, before submitting it.
We use multiple systems, which are automatically triggered as soon as an order has been placed.
This allows us to speed up the process and make our service more efficient.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we serve businesses only.

Yes, we do!
You can now order from our entire catalogue by singles rather than by the case.
Can I get samples?
Sorry, we are unable to offer samples.
However, we can help by offering you a discount either on products, which will depend on the quantities required and the type of product(s) you wish to try.

Do you deliver outside London?
Absolutely, we cover the mainland UK with our next day delivery service.
We use DHL as our delivery partner, and can guarantee next working day delivery if your area is covered by this service.
What's the deadline to get next day delivery?
In order to get next working day delivery, please ensure to submit your order within the following time-frames:
- Mainland UK: Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays), by 12pm.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
We can arrange for Saturday delivery, but this is subject to availability.
In order to do that, we will need to get your order submitted by Friday 12pm and you'll need to select Saturday Delivery as Delivery Method.
Please note that a surcharge applies for Saturday deliveries.
Do you charge for delivery?
Only if you order £150, delivery cost is £6 + VAT.
If you order £150, next working day delivery is always free.
If you require upgrades such as AM delivery, By 10:30am or Saturday Delivery, charges apply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or Debit Card
This is our default payment method for new customers. You may save your card details, so that you won't need to input them again. However, you'll need to input your card's security code in order to verify your card.
- Direct Debit
This is our most popular option and has proven to help businesses with cash flow. Therefore, we recommend it.
By signing up to direct debit, you will benefit from short term credit, typically 3-5 working days.
Please contact us if you wish to switch to Direct Debit.
How do I sign up for Direct Debit?
At checkout stage. Simply select ‘direct debit’ as payment method.
Fill in the form... and it’s done!
Can I save my details for the Direct Debit, so I don’t have to write them every time?
Just make sure to tick the box ‘save to account’, if you wish to save your details and save time in your following orders.
IMPORTANT: From your second order, select the bullet with your account details in the Direct Debit section if it's not selected by default. You may need to pay attention to this because the system may tick ‘use new payment method’, by default.
Can I pay via Bank Transfer?
Unfortunately not, unless it's arranged with us.
If you are planning to order regularly, it is better for you to consider the direct debit option. This way, you won’t forget payments, won’t miss your order and you will also get short term credit, usually 3-5 working days.
Can I pay by Card?
Yes, you can!
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We don't charge any fees for card payments.
When will you send me the invoice?
Invoices are generated automatically after we have dispatched your order.
Your invoice is usually attached in the confirmation email 'Order Completed'.
You may also view and download all your invoices from your dashboard, section 'Orders/Invoices'.
Do you post printed invoices?
No, sorry. We only send invoices in PDF format.
