GreenVie’s Blue Wedge is a delicious vegan blue cheese alternative that is free from the 14 main allergens. With its fantastically authentic flavour thanks to real spirulina flakes, it makes a wonderful addition to many recipes.

This blue cheese substitute is made from coconut oil, free from palm oil and preservatives, and fortified with 2.5μg of beneficial vitamin B12 – that really is cheesy goodness without the guilt!

GreenVie’s Blue Wedge is ideal for grating, slicing, melting, or eating cold. We find it particularly charming on cheezeboards, pioneering in pasta, and sensational in salad!
